We serve Farmington, Livonia, Oak Park, Bloomfield, Westland, Novi, Northville, Grosse Pointe, Roseville, West Bloomfield, and Troy. Availability is confirmed by location and daily scheduling. Our travel limit is approximately one hour maximum from our base.
What are your hours?
Our stated service hours are 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. Call to confirm scheduling and availability. Operating days are confirmed upon inquiry.
Do you offer 24-hour emergency service?
We do not advertise automated 24/7 emergency dispatch. Our stated service hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please call 313-573-8736 directly to check same-day availability.
Are service calls free?
The owner’s current offer provides free service calls for existing customers. New customers should ask about applicable visit or diagnostic charges. Repair work and materials are quoted separately as applicable.
Does a free quote mean a free visit?
No. Requesting a free quote over the phone or online allows you to describe the problem and receive an upfront estimate before approving any work. It does not automatically waive an on-site service call or diagnostic charge for new customers.
What information should I provide when contacting you?
Describe the issue clearly, let us know your city or cross streets, when the problem started, and if helpful, take clear photos of the affected fixture or piping. We do not request sensitive personal or financial information.
Can you inspect a drain before discussing repair options?
Yes. We offer video camera drain inspections for accessible lines. Suitability depends on existing cleanout access and whether the line has standing murky water that must first be lowered.
Do you advertise gas lines or water heater replacements?
To ensure high quality and clear focus, we specialize strictly in our confirmed services: drain cleaning, snaking, camera inspection, water/drain pipe repairs, valve replacement, and sump pump replacement. We do not advertise gas line work, water heater replacements, hydro jetting, or trenchless excavation.
